here's a quick update from getpaidto.com:

unfortunately, bonuses are one-time only. so i dont get any more credit for posting payment proofs after each payout! sorry guys, for the misleading information. i updated this as soon as i got the email from the admin. therefore, my "cycle" doesnt work anymore.
